Complaints
Tell us first
Ring the showroom and ask for Ross, or email him directly. Most things are sorted the same day, and almost everything is sorted faster by telephone than in writing.
If that does not resolve it
Put it in writing to the showroom address. We will acknowledge within three working days, investigate, and give you a written answer within fourteen days. If we need longer we will tell you why and when to expect an answer.
If you are still unhappy
You can refer a dispute about the vehicle to the Motor Ombudsman, or take it to your local Trading Standards service through the Citizens Advice consumer helpline. A complaint about a finance agreement should go first to the lender that provided it, and then to the Financial Ombudsman Service if the lender does not resolve it.
