What we collect

When you make an enquiry we collect your name, contact details, the car you are interested in, and anything you choose to tell us in the message box. If you ask for a valuation we also collect the registration and mileage of your own car. If you apply for finance, the lender collects its own information directly from you — we do not see your bank details.

Why we use it

Solely to answer your enquiry and, if you buy a car, to complete the sale and support you afterwards. We do not add enquirers to a marketing list, we do not sell data, and we do not share it with third parties except where we have to — a finance provider you have asked us to approach, the DVLA, or our insurers.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a sale are deleted after twelve months. Records relating to a car we have sold are kept for seven years, because we are required to.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will act within one month. Write to us at the showroom address or email the address below.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. It stores one item in your browser so the stock filters you choose survive a page refresh, and one so the opening animation does not replay every time you navigate. Neither leaves your device.
