Descriptions and prices

We take care to describe every car accurately and to photograph its marks rather than hide them. Specifications are taken from the manufacturer and from our own inspection, and occasional errors are possible — anything critical to your decision should be confirmed with us before you travel. Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable.

Reserving a car

A £250 deposit reserves a car for seven days and takes it off sale. It is refundable in full within that period. Beyond seven days the reservation lapses unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Seven-day exchange

If a car is not what you expected you may return it within seven days of collection and under 250 miles of additional use, and exchange it against anything else in stock. The car must be in the condition it left us. This is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.

Your statutory rights

Cars sold to consumers are covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. They must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described, taking account of age and mileage. Nothing on this site limits those rights.

Warranty

Every car includes twelve months of Tyneline Assured cover for mechanical and electrical components. Wear items, consumables and damage are excluded. Full terms are provided before purchase.

Finance

We introduce customers to a panel of motor-finance providers. We are not a lender and we do not provide credit ourselves. Any figures shown on this site are illustrative representative examples, are not a quotation and are not an offer of credit.
